ABS, traction control, front side airbags and curtain side airbags are standard.

The Volvo V50 is a solid, capable small wagon. A full sweep of safety features come standard, and all-wheel drive is available. The wagon gets a 2.4-liter 5-cylinder engine, 5-speed automatic transmission with manual-shift capability and traction control.
