Many of our customers prefer the convenience of having their new Volvo shipped direct to their home. Here are some of the most commonly asked questions and answers.

Q - Are your shippers reliable?

A - Superior Volvo contracts vehicle shipping through a centralized dispatch service. This contractor network consist of licensed, bonded, and insured transport companies that service the entire continental U.S.

Q - How much does it cost to ship from Superior Volvo?

A - Currently a safe calculation can be estimated at 50 cents a mile depending on weekends, holidays, and or inclement weather. You can use Google Maps to help calculate the distance.

Q - If I have a trade, what is the process?

A - Some of our customers choose to drive their vehicles to us and drive their new vehicle home. A majority of clients with trades work figures based on both parties having not seen their respected vehicles. All parties will agree on numbers on both vehicles before the vehicles are contracted and shipped.

Q - What about financing?

A - We offer extremely competitive rates, simply fill out our online credit application, your information will be kept secure and you will be contacted by one of our business managers before we run your credit to verify identification.

Q - How does the paperwork get back and forth?

A -  Most of the paperwork will have to be conducted via FedEx or UPS services. Some basic pieces can be handled via fax but the final legal documents must be handled via overnight services.

Q - How long does it take to deliver to my door?

A - After receipt of all related documents and monies, shipping will immediately be set up with one of our shippers. Depending on your location or current weather, the average is 4-5 business days.

Q - How long does the whole process take?

A - This depends on the transaction and quickness of the paperwork and information but you can trust that we will make it as quick as possible.

Q - What if I fly in to KC?

A - That's simple; we will arrange to pick you up at the airport.
